Each show at The Punchline is a unique experience.
We believe that we have access to the best comedians working clubs today. We strive to put together shows that flow from
the moment the host hits the stage right through to when the headliner takes an encore.
Julian has been living in NYC (5th dirtiest city in North America. Eat it, Philly!) since 2005. Since then, he has been featured as a "New Face" at the Just For Laughs Festival in 2007, won the "New York’s Funniest" comedy competition in 2008, filmed his comedy special Comedy Central Presents in 2009, hosted the 2 hour special "40 Funniest Fails" currently running on VH1 and recently appeared on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon." (eat it, Craig Fergueson!)* A sharp dresser, Julian has also performed two original stories he wrote himself about himself on public radio’s highest rated programme, "This American Life." Host Ira Glass has repeatedly claimed that, "Julian was available that week." Say hello to Julian today! He’s approachable for about one more year. *Craig Fergueson does not have to eat anything.
Landry is best recognized for his likeable hair, sprouting from charismatic follicles. He is a Canadian-born interracial love child whose hybrid existence, when mixed with a little dysfunction, makes for a fantastic recipe of comedy goulash. In 2007 he relocated to Atlanta to hone in on his craft, and in 2010 he took the title of “Best Male Comic” in the Atlanta Stands Up Awards. Taking inspiration from personal life experiences, his writing style carries a unique and passionate tone. Landry is downright hilarious and his “crossover” comedy style appeals to people from all walks of life, age groups and ethnic backgrounds. He was a finalist in the 2010 Great Canadian Laugh Off , the 2011 World Series of Comedy, the 2012 Miller Lite Stands Up Competition and he was the winner of the 2011 Boston Comedy Festival. Landry has appeared on Season 3 of TVONE’s “Bill Bellamy’s Who’s Got Jokes?”, SiriusXM,
Don "D.C." Curry, comedian/actor/radio personality has dazzled audiences in such films as Next Friday, Friday After Next and Two Degrees. He’s consistently won fans over from his stellar stand up comedy performances on BET, HBO and Comedy Central. He’s also one of the most out-spoken voices on today’s often too "politically correct" entertainment landscape. Whether he’s headlining huge theatres or doing special engagements at intimate clubs, DC Curry is a very versatile, very funny man. As a film actor and TV personality, he has both “chops” and notable range. He plays the outrageous Uncle Elroy in “NEXT FRIDAY,” and the hilarious holiday ‘three-quel’ “FRIDAY AFTER NEXT.” He portrayed the grumpy boss as a series regular on ABC’S “GRACE UNDER FIRE” and was a singer, along with Ronald Isley of the Isley Brothers, on “THE STEVE HARVEY SHOW.” DC recently filmed, “DON “DC” CURRY-NERVOUS BREAKDOWN LIVE!” his own DVD/cable TV special that he also co-produced. His cable special, “COMEDY CENTRAL PRESENTS DC CURRY” continues to air on that network. He has appeared twice at the “U.S. Comedy Arts Festival,” in Aspen, and recently performed at the prestigious “Just For Laughs” Comedy Festival in Montreal.
